ABOUT PAULA
Paula has over 15 years of consulting and facilitation experience on building equitable and effective organizations, systems, and policies. She is the founder and CEO of Rise to Equity Excellence, LLC. Her unique consulting approach translates complex data-driven solutions into accessible, easy-to-use tools, and implementation strategies.
Paula utilizes applied qualitative and quantitate methods to conduct SWOT analyses for strategic planning and implementation; executive coaching; and employee relations. Using the most up-to-date research in organizational behavioral science and psychology, Paula advises clients on strategic visions and implementation strategies, learning & development, executive coaching, and complex employee relations that tether equity and inclusion with key organizational goals and outcomes.
She earned her PhD in History of Consciousness from UC Santa Cruz in 2008. She has spent her career working in applied research and equitable organizational strategy and implementation. More recently, she has had the opportunity to bring her varied expertise to organizations, systems, and policy change in the fields of criminal justice, clean energy, and health care.
