Dr. Paula Ioanide brings ten years of consulting, facilitation, and research experience on building equitable and inclusive organizational systems and cultures. Her goal is to help organizations recruit and retain diverse employees, maintain fair hiring practices, and eliminate biases that hinder workplace excellence and innovation. Key to this is integrating equitable processes and procedures into the fabric of organizations and businesses. To do this work, Paula offers assistance with creating collaborative strategic plans that help organizations and businesses identify their equity vision and goals and their core initiatives. Because most strategic plans fail to identify clear quantitative or qualitative measures of success, Paula brings her data and research background to create clear measurement and accountability practices as part of the strategic planning process. Without this element, strategic plans have no way of knowing what works, what progress has been made on DEI initiatives, and how to report this to their organization.

Known for her research-based, engaging and interactive style, Paula views the work of building equity, diversity and inclusion as a journey that requires awareness, compassion, and commitment.
