Paula offers coaching sessions for C-suite, executive, and senior leaders as they navigate restructuring decisions and impact, team conflicts, shifting workplace cultures, and up-skilling for next-level leadership roles. Taking into account both structural organizational conditions and individual skills assessments, Paula co-creates executive coaching scopes of work that advance top leader strategic effectiveness, improve inclusive management, facilitate workplace conflict, and ease change management transitions. Sessions are conducted 1:1 or in very small groups. Pre-coaching needs assessments and post-coaching impact assessments are integrated into the executive coaching process for measurable impact.

Working closely with HR/People & Culture Directors as well as executive leaders, Paula ensures fair and inclusive assessments of workplace issues that takes into account all perspectives, produces methodologically sound findings, makes recommendations, and coaches leaders and employees through the complex workplace issues.
