The Ultimate Reentry Opportunity Initiative (URO) invites you to The Gino Bush ‘Beyond the Box Reentry’ Fair. URO facilitates this event, now in its second year, to engage the community in conversations about reducing recidivism in Tompkins County, and to highlight the need for employers to understand the challenges formerly incarcerated persons experience in seeking employment, in addition to the benefits of recruiting and hiring this population. 

As part of the fair, URO along with Workforce NY, Day Reporting, Challenge and Tompkins County Mental Health will showcase several individuals with a ‘reverse job fair experience’ in which pre-selected job seekers will highlight their talents and skills for employers.
