This workshop introduces participants to the significant benefits of integrating diverse people and inclusive practices in businesses and organizations.
Businesses with higher employee diversity that adopt inclusive practices are proven to gain higher returns, competitive market edges, and new markets. But knowing where to start often proves challenging. Using data-informed case studies for small, mid-sized, and large businesses and organizations, workshop participants will gain a better understanding of the following:
How diverse people and inclusive practices are linked to innovation and improved bottom lines
How to begin integrating diversity benchmarks and inclusive practices into your business or organizational model
Best practices for business and organizational supervisors/managers for recruiting diverse employees
Best practices for unlocking innovation, retaining diverse talent, and aligning businesses with future demographics and market demand.
Cancellation policy: All registration purchases are final. Fees cannot be refunded or transferred to another workshop for missed sessions. If a workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather or other issues, the cancellation will be posted on the Rise to Equity website, all registered participants will be notified via email, and prepaid fees will be refunded.
